Does Anyone else feel like Barry was shunned?

I can actually see it happening...he'd still be involved but not on the front line. Soldiers can just go out without clear direction. Barry would be a moderately decent leader...or at least advisor. He'd still be fighting the 'good fight' (been playing way too much Fallout 3) but he'd be doing so in a way that he'd be safer. Of course...IF Barry would do it is the issue.

Yea I think Barry would have been cool to at least serve as a merchant-type character in RE5. But then again, what kind of friend would Barry be if he charged chris for weapons?

Well, in UC he was kicking lots of asses. IMO his missions were the only good thing in UC.

If not by popular demand I don't think Barry will be showing up to prove how decent a guy he is by saving the day ever again. Great guy, terrible character to use in storylines because of his one reoccurring weakness...his family.

Speaking of saving the day, ever notice how your so called friends arrive only after you've won the battle?

Good point, although they would probably have it end with him dieing or sacrificing himself to save the main character.

My only hope is that there is some mention of Barry in RE 5. I know that we will find out about Jill, hopefully it is good news.
