Umm... There are two? One if you run away from Nemesis and bring Jill the serum. And the other if you fight Nemesis on your way back after getting the serum, and defeat him.

Well, in Remake, you first need to do the bee lure puzzle to get the Wind Crest. Then after that, in the graveyard near the forest outside the mansion, you use the Wind Crest and solve the Star, Moon, Sun Crest puzzle on the gravestone.
