Out of all these RE landmarks, which of them did you feel had the best atmosphere.

Ecliptic Express, Management Training Facility, The Spencer Estate, Raccoon Police Department, Umbrella Subterranean Laboratory, The Clock Tower, Raccoon General Hospital, Raccoon Park, Incinerator Facility(abandoned factory), Rockfort Island, Rockfort Palace, Ashford Private Residence, Antarctic Research Facility.

Yeah, I know there's alot, but its multiple choice.
I didnt put any locations from RE4 because of whats been happening with the other polls.

Umm... Best atmosphere... Personally, I'd say the best atmosphere was in the Spencer Estate, especially in REmake, what with the thunder, lightning, and the overall great lighting job. But my personal favorite landmark, and the one I voted for is the RPD.

The Spencer Estate is a fan favourite everybody loves it, the atmosphere is just incerdible. Also we should give credit to the guardhouse and to the lab from RE 1.

What I really liked about the RPD was the eerie track it had, one of the best scores in the series.

Yeah, that's why I voted for it. Because the music added so much. And not just the main hall, every track that played in the RPD was liquid gold.

RPD, Raccoon Park(I thought it was very eery), and the Spencer Estate.

I liked that little boardwalk in Raccoon Park. Especially when Gammas jump out. I thought Gamma Hunters were very underused in that game.

The only thing I didn't like is the inconsistency... The fact that you get thunder and lightning in the mansion, but not in any other location. No rain, nothing. It would've been cool if it rained in the courtyard and the Residence. Imagine the residence, with water dripping from the ceiling, and the sounds of raindrops beating down on the roof.

That would of been great, but... could they do it? I mean, I have NO IDEA of how games are made, but the onlly thing I know is that they usea pre-rendered scenarios, and maybe the rain was too dificult to mantain in a "natural rain", and they did want to screw the game's atmosphere with bad-made rain, so they didn't do it, I'm just making a theorie.

P.D: I'm loving SH4, I think it really does feel like a SH game, though it feels like an asian-horror film (like the ring and that), but's still great

                        The Spencer Estate for sure!

The RPD was very one note for me. It was atmospheric for like the first ten minutes, but then it just got too repetitive.

Umm... Yeah, that's what I might've said when I first played REmake, but look at RE0. It's got great looking rain effects on top of the train. And that's all pre-rendered too.

Well, after. But still, it's for the same platform, so it's not like they can't do it, since we've seen that they can. Plus REmake had some animated backgrounds, like the grass in the woods, the trees, moths, waterfall. None of that was real time 3D, it was all pre-rendered.
