no we were debating, and she said Jill and Chris are the same, then i said they are not, except Chris on the RE5 trailer seems to be a little like jill in RE3, the she said make a topic about it and you will find most people think they are exactly the same, so i made a topic about it.

And meh, Chris and Jill are different. Though, you don't exactly get more than a few hours of total game time to "know them", but they don't strike me as "similar" in any type of way, really. (Besides the fact that both wear S.T.A.R.S. logos on their uniforms in RE1)

yes there a little the same, but they are both quite different as well, and not just in being a guy and a girl.

They seem to be different enough.
I always got the impression that Chris was more hot-headded, especially if you consider the older things written about him, like the True Story Behind Biohazard, as well as I think it was the manual where it says Barry kept him in line and got him into STARS after he dropped out of the air force (or was he kicked out? I can't remember) (and I have a funny feeling no one here will know what I'm talking about anyways).

Jill always seemed the more frail of the two. Even in remake, like when she throws up after killing the zombie in the bathroom. Chris seems to carry himself a bit better. But I think Jill always had a stronger sense of justice, but I mostly got that impression from RE3.

They seem a little similar I guess but I think Jill is more level headed. Also we really dont know much about these pair on a personal level. The fact that they are both the babyface hero id say thats their only similarity.
