Well i wouldn't mind a laser room in resident evil 5, Wesker probably could bring Red Queen back since he stole all the data from umbrella.
I think it is just state of the art security to make sure no one gets through, i don't really mind too much because lets face it.. it is pretty effective.

Resident evil 5 is next gen, first resident evil game on the next gen consoles unlike Umbrella chronicles.
I am not saying that it is not worth buying but it saves you money just incase you need it for resident evil 5, i only wanted to see UC for the story before resident evil 5 so i used youtube to watch all of that and i wasn't disappointed.

the story is one of the only things i want in UC, apart from playing as Jill in it, but i also want to collect all the RE games as well, and if i just watch the story on youtube, that would only leave that fact that Jill is in it, and it's called RE as my reasons to buy it, which is not enough for me to consider buying a wii, but the story, just might be, but sadly my local games store is out of preowened wii's

Yeah. The story is not enough reason to buy it. The story is about 3 minutes long. Hell, I could probably type up a fairly good summary in less than 500 words.
The majority of the story is badly done Cliff's Notes of the origional games. Much of the rest is fairly bad versions of events in the game such as Richard's getting bitten by the snake (which makes little sense, the way it's done) Wesker escaping the mansion, Ada escaping Raccoon City and the like.
Only the last chapter adds any new story, and very little there.
If all your buying a Wii for is Umbrella Chronicles you really might wanna save your cash. It truly isn't worth it. If you're getting a Wii for other stuff and a cheap copy of UC is just a bonus, cool, but it sure as hell is not worth buying for that.

I agree with getting UC. I just got it a couple weeks ago, and while it does have an easy-to-summarize story, it's still Resident evil. It's one thing to just watch it on youtube, but another to actually play it yourself and immerse yourself in the story.
If your not gonna buy it, it's worth a rental or two.

if it was a matter of just buying it i would have it already, but i have to get a wii as well, which seems like a complete waste of money.
this is hard damnit, $275 to play as Jill Valentine in one new level? hmm...
*sigh* it's RE i think ill end up getting it anyway, im sure ill end up getting something else on my wii anyway, maybe metroid.
anyways i wonder if capcom will release anymore news about Jill before Re5's release.
