Yeah, If Jill does die, it really will change the whole playing field of resident evil, because she essentially, as a character, is the cornerstone of the series. It will really take it's toll when nostalgia sets in. I probably wouldn't leave the series, but it will change way I play resident evil for sure.

I cant seem to relate this to you guys because I dont know what you like but to me it's like taking the Steve Austin out of WWE or 2pac out of rap Infinty Ward out of Call Of Duty but whatever just imagine your favorite franchise and that franchise's character or best thing and kill them off for no other reason than to sell a buck its kinda insulting after how long I've followed the series it's like they spat in my face and im not just talkin about killing Jill I'm talking about how they've changed the entire product anyway I'm done talking bout this topic we are all intitled to our opinions and im sick of explaining it.

This is really an interesting debate here, guys. She's my fave character, but she's birdwoman, I felt it the moment I saw her for the first time. Mark my words!
Edit: OMG... How everyone (including me) missed this? It's clearly written in the wall at the kijuju site:
JILL IS ALIVE!
Props to the guys at reCenter for finding it: http://www.residentevilcenter.net
I knew she would be. Never bought them the idea of the tombstone, but it's so good to read it officially.Last edited by Mr. Rod; 01-03-2009, 11:36 PM.

Don't really know what to think, it does look a little suspicious looking at the two.

The sentence is similar to "She's alive".
