i was thinking wat would jill do if something like this happened.

jill, chris and sheva r standing around and chris looks at jill and says "ive been wanting to do this for quite some time now" jill gets a look of happiness on her face and thinks she will FINALLY get a kiss from chris her long time secret love and ALL OF A SUDDEN chris turns around and starts making out with sheva.

And I would think the sidegames would be on the already huge-ass capacity for the blu-ray discs (for PS3). Dunno about xbox.

I wouldn't call it a Metal Gear ripoff, but I do see alot of similiarities between the two...especially RE5. I was even expecting 4 to follow that route due to the radio transmissions that you had with Ingrid Hunnigan, luckikly they ended up being few and short.

Character development seems to have come a long way when you compare RE1 to RE5. I like the new Chris, he might come off as too emotional thanks to his jaded disposition regarding fighting now but that certainly gives him more depth then his gung-ho stop Umbrella at any cost.

yeah i do like Chris personality in RE5 a little better, i just wish he didn't have huge muscles, *sighs* he will never be perfect, ever.

at least he seems human now, kinda.

Hmm, ok, no offence or such intended. I don't mind if you ship Jill and Chris, just "holding hands" and "resting head on shoulder" does not necessarily mean a romantic connection (believe it or not) any more than it could mean "oh, damn, we've just lived through hell together, and some of our closest friends got, uh, eaten alive in front of us" or perhaps "I'm tired, you're a friend...". I have nothing against it though, so I'm not going to argue.

Ok, I didn't even come here to discuss that as I am uninterested, but once again the music I'm listening to sent me off track. Oh, and missvalentine, though I like a lot of what you've said (I, too, believe that zombies, and monsters of the hunter/licker-ilk are far superior to this new breed of axe-wielding morons), I wouldn't dislike Chris for showing a little respect. I don't really know how to make this read, but why should be take hold of, or pat, or whatever, Jill when they're out the mansion? Because she is, uh, a woman? Nah-ah.

She went through the same shit, largely alone (Chris met Rebecca, Jill had f^ck all; Barry kept vanishing), came out intact, and in no more need of an embrace than Chris. Sure, if they hugged one another mutually; both thinking they and the other would get something out it, be it peace or relief or whatever, great, but if Chris hugged her out of some kind of misguided sense of duty, I'd lose all respect for him. By not, it shows a person hasn't been tainted by the subtle waves of sexism that still penetrate our modern-day culture. (I'm anarcha-feminist, so bite me, fascists. ) Besides, patting an ex-DF wouldn't be patronising, it would be a whole new level of stupid. Snap your arm off.

well he doesn't have to, but i thought it would be nice if he put his around around her when she was resting on his shoulder, and i did like how he grabbed her hand in one of RE1's endings.

im not saying Chris has to try and comfort her because he's a man and she's a woman, because that's pretty stupid. but just giving her a hug would be nice, like how she gave him a hug after she was rescued from the jail cell.

and if they are romantic with each other, i think that would be a nice little scene.

oh and i don't like Chris because he bores the hell out of me, i don't really find him interesting enough. but if he had payed more attention to his surroundings and less on Umbrella, then i would have found him more interesting.

Chris in the shape he is in now, at first I didnt like it but now it makes sense. You have to figure hes pretty much on the frontlines and as far as the BSAA goes...hes known as a hero. I personally see it as he feels he lost Jill and that was his own fault. If I were in his shoes, I'd build myself up quite a bit too.

An interesting side note regarding Jill/Chris. Apparently Chris is one of the top agents in the BSAA, not surprising, but also a part of a group called "Original Eleven". I imagine Jill is one of these as well, and I am curious as to who else might be. My guess is that its the people who founded the BSAA or possibly the group that Chris/Jill was affiliated with during the TALAS incident.

Probably nothing, just something to add to Chris Redfields already impressive list of accolades. I first thought maybe others associated with RC incidents would be involved but as far as we know..canon-wise ..noone besides Chris/Jill joined any bio-terror counter groups.

I think it actually has to do with the eleven original members, cause Claire is not part of the BSAA.
