i never said Jill was a higher rank that Chris, i know they have always had the same rank, but i said Chris see's Jill as a sort of authority, maybe it's out of his respect for her yes, but whenever she tells him to do something he's all yes ma'am about it. i think in Chris's head, Jill is a woman tobe respected. i didn't mean to say Chris thinks Jill is in charge of him, it's just if Jill want's him to do something, he's quite likely to go along with it without arguing to much.

So, when Chris tells Jill to "run for that mansion," I guess she is acknowledging his authority and submissively doing as he says?

I was playing RE5 the other day, and I totally noticed that in the "Spencer Estate" flashback, Jill always waited for visual confirmation from Chris on when to act. Their body language implicitly conveys that Chris is the dominant member of the pair.

I think in Jill's head, Chris is a man to be respected.
