  • Most Skilled Characters

Well with the HUNK topic and the fact REHorror also has a topic on this...I figured why not make this.

In terms of combat prowess and knowledge, what characters top the list in your opinion?

people are gonna hate me for this probaly, but leon coz of the moves he can do in 4 then Chris coz of his massive muscles, then jill for being in 1 and 3 and then Claire for her invasion on the umbrella building at the start of CVX

See, this is why it's hard to take RE4 seriously. Strictly speaking no person in the world should've been able to do what he did. But if he COULD do that, then every other RE character could, particularly the ones with training. Which means Chris and Jill could dodge lasers like that too. Which they sort of did in UC.

I dunno, this goes back to HUNK for me. I think HUNK is the most skilled character in RE, who's actually fully human.

Wait, this is weird... Can the undead kill themselves? I mean... They're already dead, technically, you can put them down permanently, but it's not like you're ridding them of life... So can they commit suicide if suicide means taking your own life?

It depends on what you define as life I suppose.

Well, a beating heart is a start. And although it does beat for the Tyrant, that is made differently than zombies. I'm pretty sure the zombies have no circulation.

Well if we're simply talking vitals like brain and heart functioning, then vampires aren't truly alive. However they can walk, talk, eat, reason, etc..

The most defining characteristic of a zombie being "dead" or not alive for me is the fact their body decays and they have no higher brain function.

                more like Ashley Graham,

                Ashley - "Leeeon, help!"
                Ganado - "callate puta"

                    Yep. That happened years ago.
But just regarding re-using threads, different forums have different members. So we have two different perspectives and thus different answers.

                      1 - HUNK.

2 - Wesker. [he's below HUNK because he uses a virus to make himself better, without it, he's not so good.]

                      3 - Claire Redfield.

How can you think Claire is a skilled fighter?
She's a college girl. She wouldn't know more than even some of the fodder STARS members.

Because she can catch a falling gun she let fall in a wierd and Matrix like move, and outrun a badly aimed gattling gun? Besides, she does survive in a city where things like elite mercernary units and SWAT teams end us zombie chow. I'm guessing Chris taught baby sister a few things from his own training.

Still, I would probably guess Jill or Chris was more skilled than she was. I mean...Delta Force.

its all in the lock picks, the females of RE are stronger because they're smart enough to keep lock picks at their disposal.

those men and their lighters ..

Exactly this. Claire can't just be some random college chick if she can survive a city infested with not just Zombie's, but monsters too.
