I've seen his youtube page and said numerous times that he's will be makng making a full-blown game, not a mod.
link to such comment please ?

The mod should work with every PC version of the game, since it has its own .exe. It just looks for the files in their proper directories.
its how a mod works, you probably misread about the .exe talked about above, that will just install the additional files for the mod. The base files are still loaded from the actual game's stuff.

A full game can still be considerd a mod from a game engine counter-part, if it being based on game tools and being avaliable online, and other areas.

Which means when ever he releases it.his work will be in the RE2 CD or image file when he's finished with it.

Leon's agenda was with the mission, anything else was secondary to his goal. Even from the start to finish, he stayed true to his past training and the role he is, as a professional agent for the president. I liked how when it come it up to the G monster, Leon was still trying to stay calm but you can see stages of discomfort with fighting another creature again, coming from his past experience and an almost near death sequence. I thoroughly enjoyed the film, it was a lot better than anything of Resident evil lately, and it was good to see more on the world itself and bio-terrorism.

I hope this film does do good enough sales to have another film planned, I just think it would be nice to see much more, as fans ourselves who love the series still. There are so many characters and events we still want to see.

I liked Tricell’s part in the film as well; it nicely builds up their image for the upcoming game.

Or, for an even more convinient trick, simply hit the report button. We all see when a message gets reported and go do something about it, if something needs to be done. The report button is at the bottom of a post on the left, in the same coloumn as the person's avatar and post count and such.

Talk about hitting someone's nerve. I'm actually saving that post to my personal archive.

As for Dark Biohazard, whether or not it be violating anything at all, we've chosen to cover it and it was our decision. If some King of the Internet was to pass down judgement 'cause of it, that'd be his duty and not yours. As I said, this is The Horror Is Alive, and last time I checked you were not part of the staff or an owner/investor.

And even though I can't speak on behalf of Dominion and his crew on their project, and even if it was in violation with any type of site policies we have, it's still a project that in general certainly is of interest to the community. You can't just turn a blind eye to that. We've chosen to cover it. Our decision.

And as Darkmoon said, we even allow pre-release material to come be shown to public, as long as it does not in any way hurt the potential sales of a title, does not hurt the person who has provided it, does not violate any deals we've made with people who have provided it and that it ofcourse, most importantly of all, has a journalistic value and is actually of interest and/or use to the community in a positive way.

I hope people can just learn to respect the decisions made by the staff and follow the rules we give. There's no reason arguing against them and if you're up for discussing them, make a topic in the site suggestions (or something) and we'll certainly give our input/thoughts there. And as I said before, if you think something else posted by someone else is in violation of our rules; just PM me, Dot50Cal, Darkmoon or any other of the moderators around about it.
(Or even better; do what Darkmoon just said in the post after this one!)

    So, anyway, bottom line is;
we cannot control (or in any way butt in on) how you've watched it. But if there is any direct indication (or admittance to) that you've done obtained it in any form for illegal way, then we're more than happy to show you where the door out is.
Also, it's worth noting that we do not care if your country has laws (or lack of some) that allows you to pirate it either. This is THIA Country and we call the shots on such things around these parts
What about Dark BioHazard.Dominion is doing pirated stuff as well.Even if its his material. He's still breaking the rules as well.and let me remind you that im a member of the Capcom community and 300 other Global Resident Evil sites around the world.Im well known, just incase you want to try to ban me because im making my point.Do something about Dark Biohazard if your so against Piracy.

A vaccine won't really help unless those infected aren't already dead.

There's also the whole B.O.W aspect to contend with.

RE2 is a bad example. For one, Leon was a rookie cop and a young fella. Secondly, RE suffered and still suffers from bad B movie dialogue and character interaction.

Or I watched this sequence when Leon was holding hands with Angela...
Not to mention, THIS IS movie, and not real life.
Whether its a movie or not has no meaning. Were arguing over REAL LIFE character qualities.

And about cheering someone, I'm not talking about SRT members during the mission, I'm talking about Leon's talk with Claire (when she blame herself that she wanted to stop WilPharma and it appears they were creating a vaccine to T-virus) or Angela, when she saw Curtis' house burning.
Actually, those moments were both portrayed realistically and toying around with them creating more human emotion than necessary would have downgraded the scenes. Think about it this way. When Claire was blaming herself, how CAN you cheer up someone while you know that they are indeed right in what they are saying. Furthermore, when the person strong and you know they can handle it, why bother? She was a friend, no need for insincerities. Let her deal with it and then move on. Perhaps its much different in USA, where people are a lot more emotional, but up here, we tend to deal with problems on our own and overblown emotional dramatics are easily spotted. Besides, they havent seen each other for a long time.

Its not only logical, human, to let a strong person deal with the situation, but its also polite.

Like I've said, being a professional during the mission - great, I liked that.
Being an emotionless dude with stoic face during conversation with people (friends included) - not great.
Cool, calm, collected. A leader has to assume a certain position where everyone can rely on him/her, both emotionally and professionally.

"Courage is being the only one who knows youre afraid."

These quotes dont come from nowhere. If you wanted to see an emotional government agent, then thats your reason to be disappointed. Im just trying to tell you that a profession with massive responsibility requires you to not to just be able to be cool at all times, wasting no time or concetration on emotional discharges, but you have to be there for people. And "being there" doesnt mean you pat people on their backs and make a sad face.

An emotionless character can be a realistic one. Given the tactical situation in Degeneration, I find myself drawing parallels between Leon and myself. You completely forgot that the people Leon too along with him, are trained SRT members, think SWAT. Its obvious and realistic to assume that Leon doent figure he needs to spend babysitting them. They know the ROE, they have been trained to shoot fast, smooth and accurate. The only thing Leon had to do was to remind them of the spot to aim for, after which its rock´n´roll. Its all simple. Take it this way. Hes taking command of a UNIT, not two idiots.

Unfortunately CRAPCOM did indeed portray them as idiots. But that doesnt undermine Leons character.

Even if youre falling inlove with someone on an assignment, you have to remind yourself of 2 things first.

    1) Love doesnt just come from seeing someone for the first time. Either youve seen too many Hollywood movies or youve never been with a girl before.

    2) Considering the assignment, its unrealistic to assume theres going to be hawt sh!t flyin´ ´round between the two.

And finally, about cheering. Youll find that Leon used one of the best motivation methods there are. One, he capitalized on the SRT members own failure to deliver the lesson with maximum efficiency and two, after establishing his superiority and gaining respect, he gave the man a nod. Sounds clishé? Doesnt sound much? But it isnt, and it is a lot. Its also a lot more realistic and what youd actually see happening between people, than two guys yelling "GIMME HAI FIVE!"

In RE: Degeneration he is a guy that wants so much to act like a "pro" he shows no emotionon at all :/. The same guy, three different characters.
They fvcked him up in RE4. Degeneration fixed him. He didnt "try to act like a pro", he WAS a pro. Could you even recognize a pro if you saw one?
