T-virus isn't real either.

Not the point. You can easily connect T virus to modern science using speculation and "what if". Thats what made the viral aspect of the series to interesting. They DO affect your body, even mutate (to some minor extent, but still). Some of them jump species. RE had this interesting techno thriller aspect.

Its all missing from Plagas.

The worst must be....hmm....plant 42 in RE1, i find that fight so annoying

For the comment above, Plagas is the same sort of thing, animals get parasites, even humans do.
but dont forget, re isnt TRYING to be realistic, its trying to be a good game with good drama in it. So the t virus nor the plagas isnt meant to be realistic. Humans cant come back from the dead nor mutate into horrific awesome looking monsters, neither can we be fully controlled by a parasite even though we can get one. Its just a good drama. :]

Also for another comment i saw, grow in seconds, but dont forget that T or G mutants mutate in mere seconds too. Its the same thing as i wrote above.

I'm a big fan of the original RE & the remake so my fav boss fight would probably be the tyrant or neptune (I know neptune's fight is extremely easy but it's a freaking shark!..and I love the theme music ). I think one terrible boss fight was Nemesis's final form. It's like you fight this big bad ass monster through the whole game and you throw everything you have at him so what does he do? Turn even more badass. Then at the end of the game, he basically mutates into a big pile of crap. Birkin pulled it off because that was his whole deal was mutating and mutating and getting more disgusting, but for Nemesis I think it was just dissapointing. However, the worst boss figt in the entire series is in my opinion, the axe-man with a bag on his head in Outbreak:file #2...Boo.

Best: Verdugo, El Gigante, The Lake Monster, Tyrant (RE1), Every Nemesis encounter after the RPD, The Alligator,

Worst: Salazar, Nemesis in the RPD (so many game overs), Dorothy, Plant 42 (original), Neptune (original)

^ Ugh. The Dorothy battle is one of the most tedious, annoying fights in the whole game. I hate being in such a confined space, and you get hit by rocks anywhere you stand.

Best: MR X Last fight, Nemesis fight where Jill gets infected, last Tyrant fight (RE1), Yawn and Ada's fight with Saddler, i find it a bit more challenging than the one where your Leon.

Worst: All the bosses in Survivor 2, Salazar and the "Left Hand" gets a bit tedious.

Best: RE1 original final Tyrant fight and the Lisa encounters in Remake. They both seemed more "realistic" as opposed to a giant bat or whatever. Overall RE1 has the best bosses as they're quite varied and mix different gameplay elements, for example making the V-Jolt, trying to run (in water) away from Neptune, avoiding the Yawn's poison, blasting the hell out of the Tyrant in the first encounter and then waiting for a rocket launcher in the second. It felt like there was more reason to it than the ridiculous bosses in RE4, but then again that whole game was ridiculous (yet fun).

Worst: I never really played much of it but I think RE Zero has the worst bosses. I also didn't really enjoy the Krauser boss fight. Nemesis' final form was a bit disappointing too.

Ahem, but no... I'm probably very wrong on this, but I was always under the impression Yawn was actually an experiment, whereas the snakes in the gardens were just wild ones.
