This is what I belive,I think it starts with FF FF FF FF as its starting header and has other encriped data for the next 42 bytes,whatever is after that is yours to edit,remember that this is for Room 10f and that different RTD are smaller and bigger,also this has not been adtaped to the PC version yet...

the camera is vary tricky,because it has multiable starting headers in diffrent RTDs I found 2 but can possibly be more.camera is stereotypicly begains after the RTD header you will notice the same 4 bit headers alined in diffent offsets disending that you will find out to be the camera headers.this has not been adtaped to the PC version yet...
