Yes, and even they are slightly different from the Raccoon City ones. A file ingame details them, they look tougher and more vicious.

they are actually modifed lickers, as their name is stated as 'licker B(beta symbol)'.

there's a part where you walk on a moving belt conveyor, and there are corpses on it. Some corpses will stand up and grab you to stop you while the belt move towards the fire, but you can shake them off which then they will fall to the ground. i guess you can say these are zombies cameo

The reason for the difference in appearance is because they were given a dose of Progenitor. The only real physical difference though is the increased muscle mass.

They're officially called Licker Beta's.

If the Progenitor Virus is so ridiculously powerful, then why did Marcus even bother creating the T-Virus? Is this a new strain of the Progenitor Virus or something? And if so, why were they even researching the Progenitor Virus in the first place and not trying to improve the T, G, or T-Veronica viruses?

Progenitor is more or less Pandora's Box. By itself, it has limitless potential but fails in it's application as a weapon. All of the viruses thereafter were aimed at creating weapons, hence the need to create the T-virus in particular. G was an improvement on T, while T-Veronica was simply Alexia's pet project of world dominance.

I read the one on Jill, they did a good job explaining what Wesker used her for and what happened over the past 2 years. I wonder why they didn't mass produce the P30 device though.

I've got all of the files in the Library up except for the 1st two, which are the Timeline of Resident Evil, and the BSAA establishment. Both of which ain't really interesting and they run for like over 30 pages, so I will update 'em next time instead.

yo X, aren't there any infinite ammo weapons after beating the game ? i didn't get any

First you have to fully upgrade the weapon and then you can go to the bonus feature menu and exchange points to infinite ammo for the weapon.

can this be done in the middle of a play through or would i need to upgrade after beating the game to be able to get the infinite ammo ?

also can infinite ammo stuff carry over to other difficulties ?

Yes, it can be done at any time... you don't have to complete a full playthrough. And yes again, it carries over to ALL difficulties.
