Resident Evil 2 for me. The dialogue was just bad, and it wasn't cheesy bad either, like the original.

"What was THAT all about!? Running off like that was reckless and STUPID!"

"I'm sorry, I thought you were another zombie"

"Sherry? SHERRY!?"

And of course, the best line;

"AAAAAAAAAAAAA DAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"That maniac's gonna ram us!"

"Oh boy"

"You must get to the survivors in the other room...ugh...uuggghhh"

Resident Evil 4 has so much horrible dialog it's mind boggling. Shame too, because the voice acting itself is pretty decent. One of Krauser's lines however sticks out quite firmly:

You may be able to prolong your life, but it's not like you can escape your inevitable death.
