Weskers Report II was a report that he sent to Ada. It's a good read and actually makes sense and gives a lot of back story for several characters involved with Umbrella.

WR1 is a piece of shit, but they actually seemed to put some thought into WR2. Well worth the read, especially if you can find it with the original artwork.
