Resident Evil 5 Disc versions detailed ( the ones we know of)

I dont know if its just me, but im finding it very confusing to know which version of Re 5 to get, let alone what is in each one.
Theres the standard, limited, collectors, bundle set, along with differences in japanese and North American too boot.

So, if youre like me, and would like to get to the bottom of what is really known, so you can go out and pre-order the version you like, im trying to compile all the info so that its easy to understand
Sorry if this turns out to be useless for all, but alot of my friends and forum members often ask whats what.

So, please feel free to correct me if im wrong, or add to the list, ill try my best!

1. Resident Evil 5 standard version PS3
Includes: Game in regular case, includes special making of video with hollywood staff on the disc ( stays with the ps3, unlike the deluxe edition of the 360)
Region: NA and JPN ( as far as i know)
Price: $59.99 US

2. Resident Evil 5 Deluxe edition X360
Includes: Tin case, and Biohazard 5 selection track ( once stock runs out, the soundtrack and tin case will not be available)
Region: NA and JPN ( as far as i know its the same in both regions)
Price: $59.99 US ( as far as i know)

3. Resident Evil 5 Standard X360
Includes: Game in regular case ( available after initial allotment of deluxe edition is gone)
Region: NA and Japan ( As far as i know same in both regions)
Price: $59.99 US

4. Resident Evil 5 Collectors edition PS3
includes: Not sure what is included
Region: NA
Price: $89.99 US

5. Resident Evil 5 Collectors edition X360
Includes: Not sure what is included
Region: NA
Price: $89.99 US

6. Biohazard 5 Limited Edition ps3 and 360
Includes: 32 page art book, Tricell vaccine shaped 2GB USB flash drive, BSAA waist bandolier
Region: JPN only ( at this point, unless it is imported)
Price: 12 800 Yen, $ 137 US

7. Biohazard 5 PS3 Premium Limited Edition
Includes: Ps3, 80GB with special tricell and Biohazard 5 designs, Two Dual Shock controllers, copy of standard version of Re5 with making of video on disc
Region: JPN only ( looks to be that way only for now)
Price: 49 980 Yen, $ 525 US

8. Biohazard 5 X360 premium Limited edition
Includes: X360 premium, 60 GB, copy of Re5 including selection track. 48 hours gold card, tin case, a code for a premium Re 5 theme.
Region: JPN only ( seems to be that way only for now)

So thats that, as far as i know, thats what the story is and the prices and all
What im still wondering is, what will be included in the NA collectors editions, will NA be getting the limited edition, or one similar , so we dotn have to import, will NA be getting the console bundles , or will it only be japan.

I've preordered the standard edition in game they open at 12 midnight so prob gonna be an all nighter for me, Dont really care about the extras long as the Standard version has Merc's and any extra game stuff. Gotta get me the limited edition collectors guide though only 6 pound more I'm curious as to what makes it "Limited Edition".

I preordered the limited edition guide on amazon. Im not really sure whats special about it, although it has a hard cover, which is nice, so the pages dont tatter

Yea walkthrough's are a must. I personally liked to buy them so I can read about character/enemy bios. If it wasn't for the RE 3 walkthrough book, I would have never made it through summer camp

I want the PS3 version, preferrably a collectors edition.
I just hope one comes with a soundtrack, and lets hope the soundtrack has opera like themes.
RECV, RE2 and REO have the best soundtracks to date.

I'm still undecided on whether to get the deluxe 360 version or standard PS3 version to pre-order...both have cool unique features at a good price.

Guess I'll have to just get both versions?

Wow, thanks albert, but i think it might mean the collectors edition, as we have already been shown the Japan limited edition , what with the art book, tricell 2gb usb, and the art book

This is all so confusing really, so many version and so little information on whats what
