The Progenitor must do SOMETHING to humans, because we have the Proto-Tyrant. He was infected with the Progenitor Virus. Even though Marcus was inbetween, because it was Progenitor plus the leeches (which has been suggested as one way of making T-Virus), he still had the photosensitivity associated with Progenitor, not the pyrosensitivity associated with the T-Virus. So yeah, it must do something.

It could be an early T virus strain? you know, still in research.
And to get back on topic im going to explain what i think about Claire.
-Resi 2, shes a normal girl looking for her bro (not an action hero)
-She is saved by Leon, a rookie cop (Action hero)
-Claire basicly looks after sherry
-Leon has more action scenes
-In CV she somehow infiltrated Umbrella HQ for info on her bro (not to attack umbrella)
-On RockFort she is more cautious and thinks things through more than Steve
-Steve is basicly an air head and gets a few action scenes
-Claire gets more action scenes than in re2 but she still isnt an action hero, shes not there to fight, shes a normal girl still remember.
-When Chris shows up he takes the rest of the fighting because he has the training and fighting is more his style.
-Degen, Claire is still not an action hero and has joined a protest group
-she looks after that girl
-She gets 1 or 2 action scenes
-Leon gets the rest of them
Now to me that sounds like her normal character, i mean it happened in re2. Leon IS the action type like chris is, therefore he's going to have more fighting scenes because he is a fighter, were as Claire isnt.
Leon has had police and goverment training, Chris had had air force and STARS training, Claire hasnt had any.

But now Claire is not a normal person, she has already been through 3 situations that she needed to use weapons to survive etc etc

She's not like a idiot that dont even now how to use a weapon :B
Claire already have some experience, and we can see that by that movement that she made on DEG for example

She would have experiance, but it all depends on if the character prefers to fight or not.
( I wasnt saying she cant fight, i was just saying she prefers not to, where as leon and chris want to fight and have training to help them)

I think Capcom should slow down the timescale in resident evil from now on, the character's are getting too old soon enough, if the game takes 3 or 4 years to make a time how many more games are possible to u get to a point where u think hold on... These character's are all so old.

So i think yes they need to consider slowing down the time scale a little bit.

I may be wrong but i think they should just slow to process a bit.

this is my point exactly, if they don't slow it down soon Wesker will be in a wheelchair ramming into Chris's wheelchair,

i think they should have some games set in between 1998 and 2003 to show what Jill and the rest of Stars did and how Chris formed BSAA.

But, hopefully, Claire will fight someday lol

I'm afraid that if games take that long to be produced, we will see everyone old really fast, and I dont want this.
If we at least knew a lot about the characters I would like them getting old, but we dont have a lot of information about them

We are just saying that if they speed up the characters age, Claire wont appear at all, cause if she's going after Sherry (for example) she needs to go now, and not in 2020 xD

I think because like me people are genuinely worried that characters are getting too old too fast, i'm not sure if Capcom would even slow down time in resident evil between games but i hope so atleast.

i hope capcom realises this soon, and slows down there time progression, it's actually kinda worrying me, i don't want the characters to die of old age before capcom finishes the story arc,

Claire was not a side character. She was not in the background. The only thing that pissed me off was Angela. She was a terrible character, she was not attractive either, I didn't like her at all. I think she sucked. That's me.

Claire, on the other hand, was great. She was definitely not overshadowed by Leon. It was an interesting decision not to have Claire do much shooting, but only give her one awesome scene where she proves she hasn't lost it and could always do things that way should there be a need to do so.
