Regarding Viral episode 2- ada wong theory ( hints and red herrings?)

It's not Ada. Reason? The absence of Leon. Chris has had no interaction with Ada, unless you want to include the fact that his sister survived Raccoon City with Leon. Mind you, I like the idea that Leon himself is now familar with Wesker. As tipified by his mention of him to Ada in RE4. Isn't it interesting how Raccoon City changed the lives of those involved?

Leon working for the U.S. government, Claire doing peaceful protests against biological research. It's interesting how their lives took very different directions. Claire having taken a more passive role. She's strong willed, but I don't think she wants to place herself in an opportunity to experience something like Raccoon City again. It makes sense for her character.

Now Chris, I can't see any reason why he would be in contact with Ada. They've had no interactivity, besides she's always been a Leon girl. We already have a female counterpart for Chris, and that's Jill. Though admittedly I've taken a liking to Sheva, she's got good chemistry with Chris. In the "don't worry, stick with me kid" kind of way.

I believe Chris knew Rebecca prior to RE 1. You can read it in the True Story Behind Biohazard in the feature section.

In both REmake and RE1 Chris introduces himself to Rebecca when he meets her for the first time.

Meh...I still think its a bit odd that that would be their first meeting. Hiring a very young girl to be on a special forces unit would catch the attention of the other team members. They probably were introduced before the game, but for the sake story and introducing Rebecca as a character she and Chris have their introduction. I mean really...Jill and Barry are standing face to face and they'll say "Is that you Jill?" or "Is that really Barry?"

And think...the RPD knew about the murders in the mountains for a while. I doubt the STARS were really rushed out the door to go investigate. Rebecca probably spent a short amount of time at the RPD building before they left. Though she probably wasn't too familiar with Chris, she probably knew who he was.

I always thought the last table in the Stars office in RE 2 was Rebecca's since the description said it looks like it belongs to someone new or something.

My opinion on that is similar to what I think Perry wrote in the books and that the STARS members shared office space. There was never any mention of a second area for Bravo team, and it would seem a bit odd that none of the other senior members of the teams had desks when the new member did. And in the end...most of the others were killed anyway.

this is something i think Remake 2 could fix up, it's alwasy kinda bothered me that, but anyways i think Rebecca and Chris had met at least once before but probably just never spoken to each other yet.
