Important- Limited edition and collectors are different!- front page needs to change

Okay, this is starting to bug me a little
On the news page of this site, we have the new Re 5 box set ( the one with the chris figurine, the bsaa patch, the necklace, the bag, and the tin case) labeled as the limited edition, when at this point it isnt

On the front page, its listed as the limited edition on this site, but on websites including play asia, eb games, gamestop, destructoid, and ign to include a few, this set just recently announced is the collectors edition for Resident Evil 5, not the limited edition

the Limited edition as far as we know, has somewhat been revealed, it includes the chainsaw usb, and the making of dvd in it, which as you can see, is far different then the collectors set, and should not be confused with the lesser limited edition

this is important to everyone, because i have gone to eb games and asked if they know whats what, and they dont until it arrives they said, and i dont want myself, nor others to end up with the version they dont want come launch, or find themselves not able to reserve the copy they want because its too late

So, could we fix that mistake on the front page, so those pre-ordering the limited edition understand that( as far as we know) when they ask for limited, they will be getting the chainsaw usb and making of, and if they want the better set, to instead ask for the collectors.

if i am wrong, i apologize for this message, but i have gone to many sites, and right now, the limited is far different then the collectors

So tc, can you change the front page news that says limited edition revealed, and change that to collectors edition, or explain to me why i am wrong.

It's not a big deal because the United States is gonna get only the regular and the collector's edition, the limited edition is only for Asia.

I never said that there were universal rules, but the fact is that there is both a US collectors edition, as well as a us limited edition, and they are COMPLTELY DIFFERENT until capcom dispells the rumour, so why wouldnt i bring that up? Thats their names, and in the computers of game stores, thats how they will show up, as collectors and limited!

Right now the COLLECTORS has as follows
- Chris figure
- BSAA Patch
- kijuju necklace
- Tricell bag
- Bonus disc
- tin case
- Re 5 box container

The LIMITED edition has as follows ( so far)
- Chainsaw usb flash drive
- Making of video

uhmm, i dunno, but that seems quite a bit different doesnt it?

People will be wanting to go and pre-order this game soon, and they will be wanting to get exactly the version they want. Eb games and game stores do not have it in their computer which version contains whta yet, so someone might mistakenly come to this site, see that the horror has their info wrong, pre-order the limited edition thinking they will get the chris figurine and all that stuff, and be heavily upset when they only get the chainsaw usb and making of video

Why wouldnt i ask for it to be changed, just as if i noticed anything on this site were wrong, i would notify someone to change it so were not spreading false information. The fact is that the collectors is much different then the limited, and as a site that has a update section, and people will take what comes form this site as truth, why wouldnt we make sure were correct?

i mean, if im wrong and a mod can show me im wrong, that my information is wrong or that they have more info then me, great! Then i can be relived. But until then, people who only go to this site will think the limited edition is with all the good stuff, and will not get it come march 13th

why is this so hard to understand? And why hasnt anything been changed on the front page yet, im just trying to let everyone know that eb games wont have sympathy because they didnt know that they really meant collectors when they said limited to the clerk, and pre-orders ae going fast.

I am praying myself that Australia gets the collectors edition you listed and not something bare bones like we usually get. I was very pleased with the collectors edition of the latest Tomb Raider game, so I am hoping the RE 5 one is on par or better.

Lol, no worries anders, i know what you mean by experience, lol

Anyways, i just wish a mod or someone could either explain to me that im wrong, or change the front page, because i dont understand why they havent seen this topic, and why they dont seem to understand they are mizing up whats what....hopefully a mod sees this

i hate to be a nuisance, and its not like im trying to pcik at small things, i just wanted to clarify for myself and for those who want to preorder what the different editions are really called, because this site is calling the ultimate chirs figurine set the limited, and many others are calling it the collectors. And eb games when i went to pre-order said they wouldnt know until release comes closer, which would mean not being able to get the limited quantity, and not being sure exactly what we get

But yes, hopefully someone knows, or can take a look , or already kows about this, because i defintly want the chris figurine one, not the chainsaw usb, lol
