New Trailer ?

Found this on youtube and was wondering if it was the new trailer rumoured to be coming out or a fan made one ? It does have some cut scenes and new dialogue I have not seen or heard in any of the others before .

The extended mad mob scene includes more of the Executioner and Wesker has more dialogue.

That is not a new trailer, i have seen that one before definately.

I don't really want to take a guess which one but i have seen it before i am sure of it.
