Sheva or Chris?

I just can't handle the camera angle over the left shoulder. Nope, no way.

the left hand camera is my favorite thing about playing as Sheva though, whats so bad about it?

and it's about the closest thing we will get to camera angles again as well.

I haven't played it yet, but I've seen a bunch of videos, enough to have an opinion.

I'll go with Chris, for the following reasons:

1 - He fits more with the war-like setting. He looks and acts closer to a soldier and stuff. It adds to the immersion. When I play as a female character in such situations (at least those who simply don't look army-ish), I usually get the "this is so wrong" feeling. Just imagine playing as someone like Sheva or Claire in Gears of War or something, you'll get an idea.

2 - His melee attacks are far cooler and more down to earth, IMO.

3 - Better camera angle (even tho I don't really mind Sheva's).

actually, id like to play as Anya in Gears of War, who says girls can't be soldeirs to? look at Sniper Wolf in the MGS series.

I played the original MGS back in the day, and to this day, I can't see what people see in Sniper Wolf. She was, IMHO, one of the worst characters of the game. She managed to have less personality then Vulcan Raven. Plus, she doesn't have a "soldier" ring to her at all. I personally think war tears people apart, and she simply didn't have that feel to her. She just sounded like the generic sadistic hot woman of the game. I can't believe how far the hype has taken the Metal Gear characters these days.

Chris since he was in the first game that started it all. And because he's finally getting his OWN game and not sharing it with another character. Sheva has cool moves and all, but I hate the camera angle over the left shoulder.

Sheva's not bad, I just don't like the change. It wouldn't have been as bad if she was on the left hand side. I don't get why they put her on the opposite side of the screen.

Yea I agree, I never really noticed it until you said something but whenever I played as Sheeva in co-op I always felt kind of akward . I guess that explains it.
