Same here. The only thing outbreak lacked was the ability to use mics in game. Otherwise the whole multiplayer experience was great. Too bad CAPCOM won't port them to the PS3/XBOX.

New BSAA desktop site for Revelations.

Use the various bsaa codes found on Queen-Zenobia.com to access files and pictures. Currently only the first two passwords work and there is no new information revealed yet that we don't already know but it is sure to be updated regularly.

A couple of Resi stories are up:

    1. Games of 2012 - Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City

It's easy to forget (the RE series) also has its fair share of low points: lightgun shooter Survivor and the weak co-op Outbreak series.

The worry is that Operation Raccoon City could fall into the second category. It's solid-looking and has a robust cover system, but it all looks a little generic, with basic third-person shooter combat. The class system could add some depth, however. One player can control enemies for brief periods, for instance, while others are heavily combat-focused.

One thing the game excels at is appealing to long-time Resi fans, with levels set during events that shaped the series' mythology. One early level sees you fighting William Birkin.

2.- Resident Evil Revelations makes the top ten in Famitsu's "Most Wanted" list:

    01. Dragon Quest X
    02. Dragon’s Dogma
    03. Photo Kano
    04. Monster Hunter 4
    05. Persona 4: The Golden
    06. Animal Crossing
    07. New Love Plus
    08. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
    09. Asura’s Wrath
    10. Resident Evil: Revelations

The 2012 edition of The Guinness Book of World records: Games Edition came out and guess what RE game is still making headlines: RE4

The book also mentions that the Resident Evil movies are the most successful films based on a videogame. Thus why they keep making them, no?

Impressions of the RE: Revelations demo:

1.- This one comes courtesy of Siliconera:

I played the Resident Evil: Revelations demo from the eShop too and it’s a Japanese version of what I saw at E3. The trial version begins with Jill waking up in a locked room on a "Ghost Ship."
How Many Knife Pokes Does It Take To Defeat Resident Evil: Revelation’s Ooze?

2.- This other one comes from Kotaku (it includes impressions of other demos, not just the Revelations demo):

Another video came up, apparently of a user playing the demo at a harder difficulty level or 'Hell Mode':
