Why IS Bird Masked Woman Working With Excella ?

It is apparent in ALL the trailers that there is something going on between these two and it is either going to be a really big reveal at the end of the game what these two are up to, or in fact is going to be twist in the tail that will come to bite Wesker in the butt. So far we have not seen BMW with Wesker or conversing with him, but in other times we see this BMW she is always with or being around Excella and even in one scene looks to be accepting injections from her from a suitcase filled with syringes.

So, what is going on between these two ? Is BMW Excella's own personal body guard assigned to protect her and Irvine ? Or is Excella helping this masked woman in some way behind Wesker's back in exchange for something Wesker might have that will make Excella a real player in the Bio Weapons market ?

Until we know more about Birdwoman it's impossible to say the injection Excella adminsters in one of the trailers could be a mind control compound, a plagas or something the person needs. All of which suggest control. However, Birdwoman could be working with her willing to infiltrate her organization or, if she isn't Jill, she could just be evil.

I'm going to assume the Plague Doctor is Jill. Excella most likely has some kind of powerful chemical influence/control over her. I think at the end of the game, Excella is going to try and use the Plague Doctor to try and double cross Wesker and kill him, but will probably fail. However, keep in mind that the Plague Doctor also seems to be helping Irving as well. If Excella has control over the Plague Doctor, and if the Plague Doctor is helping Irving, than I wonder what the relationship is between Excella and Irving?

I was thinking maybe Excella and Irving are brother and sister. Is it just a coincidence that they both have very similar voice accents? Its quite possible they could be siblings.

Bird Lady/ Plague Doctor does seem to serve as a bodyguard for Irving (since in the game previews they keep mentioning that Irving keeps getting saved by the Plague Doctor/Bird Lady), so she probably serves Excella in the same way. Getting both Excella and Irving out of tight spots (i.e; away from Chris and Sheva).

Yea I'm thinking the same thing. Excella seems to be in league with Wesker so it wouldn't suprise me if they both use the Birdwoman a.k.a. "Jill" or whoever it is at their disposal.

I think Birdlady works for Excella, Iriving is just borrowing her because Iriving works for Excella too. She probably some rich princess who's daddy is high up in Tricell, She is in Africa to do a deal with Wesker. Being that I belive Birdlady is Jill and if my theory is right how and why would Tricell capture Jill and inject her with something so she can be Excella's bodyguard. Seems abit over the top. Only way it would make sense is if Birdlady works for Wesker and he captured Jill and Wesker has "loaned" her out to Excella so she can assist her.

My point is: such a high ranking official would have a bodyguard of some sort. Whether she had Birdwoman before or after she met Wesker has yet to be answered
