I keep going back to the dialogue in the early RE games. It was horrible.

I would have to go with Chris. Even though his character was kinda boring, I think RE 5 will change that. I also really like Jill and think her and Chris kinda go hand and hand.Comment

Well my favourite character probably has changed to Claire. Theres something that makes her more interesting to me than Jill. Though it feels like Capcom tried to retire her in Degeneration.
Chris I always found boring, Barry seemed a lot more interesting than Chris. Even Enrico seemed more interesting than Chris. Leon was always ok never really a great character for me. He was the most accessable I think, though he seems to be on a steady slope to Squall-dom.
I did however like the 2 line dead men as I call them, Enrico, Marvin and Mikhail.
Villainwise, I like Alfred's insanity. I'm still not over Weskers ability to reattache his head after being decapitated in the original RE1 (which I believe Capcom called a glitch).
Antagonist has to be the Nemesis. Simply as he was less scripted than Mr X and most other antagonists.
Most annoying character award has to either go to Steve or Ashley though I do forget about Jim a lot. Sherry I've given extenuating circumstances removing her from the annoying catagory, since she was only about 12. Carlos I can tolerate along with Luis and Salazar I tend not to find annoying any more. If umbrella really wanted the ultimate bow they should fuse Steve and Ashley together, then the enemies would just want to top themselves, I know I would.Comment

Alexia Ashford. I like how intelligent she is, what she achieved in the Umbrella Corporation and in science at an unbelievably young age, and I love what she planned to do and the fact she made a virus where she could still be human and retain her thoughts and mind.Comment

And by the way, that "ZOMBIES AHEAD" sign actually moves. It was an actual; sign in Texas, it said
"CAUTION! Zombies Ahead!"
