Yes, but it was Wesker's classic ;). And it wasn't "manhood" but "manners".
If I remember correctly, it was in a cut-scene where Wesker is about to show a Tyrant to Chris.

I recently played the original RE 1 and I don't remember Wekser saying that line. Maybe it's from the alternate cutscene of Remake, where Chris enters the Tyrant room alone without Rebecca.

It was from the PSX version of RE1, when Chris meets Wesker in laboratory (Rebecca is dead).

Haha, some dialogue in the original Resident Evils are classics. They're just things you'd never expect someone to say given the situation they're in. Like for example, Jill saw the corpse of one of her comrades with half of his face eaten off, then her and Barry are joking about "Jill Sandwiches".

The best line delivery in the entire series is when Claire yells "LEON!" in the S.T.A.R.S. Office in RE 2. My ears practically started bleeding the first time I heard that.

It surprises me that no one ever comments on those arm movements the characters do while they're spouting the ridiculous lines. It adds to it. Anyway:
