Me? Unmatched levels of hype here. I was psyched for all previous RE games, especially 4. RE4 had me pretty damn pumped and it exceeded my expectations. All of the coverage on 5, it coming off of the success of the incredible RE4, and the fact that I can play it co-op with my friends... I don't think I've ever been so excited for a game. Only 11 more days!

So how are you excited for Resident Evil 5?

I'm not so much excited as cautiously optimistic. I'm not expecting much from the game, which does help. I am hoping the game might, just might, be that little bit more scary than I think it will, have a few good puzzles and, most likely, have a really good story.

I wake up in the middle of the night, sheets soaked in urine I'm so excited. Though I can't tell if it's my urine or not.
Honestly, I have a M.A. graduate exam in one month and yet I spend about 3 hours everyday on the 'net reading all kinds of random RE crap while I should be reading books and writing essays (it'll only get worse when I have the game itself). As I replay the whole series I go from my Wii/Gamecube to the internet looking up random things that hit my interests as I play through and of course look up RE5 info constantly.
Though, I like the anticipation about as much as I do the end product. Since I completed RE1 at 10 years old I've been anticipating EVERY game in the main series with immense interest. Probably the only one I didn't salivate for was 0... aside from that 2, 3, C:V, REmake, and 4 have all caused me to lose sleep.

im anticipating it this much! *holds fingers slightly apart*
i try not to get hyped up since it usually leads to disapointment, but if i don't hupe it at all, a game can surprise me which is always better in the long run.
also my local gamestore told me that i better get my pre order in fast because he thinks that it's gonna get sold out day 1.

Dude, this is going to be the slowest few weeks of my life. I cant wait till the game is released! so far ive been lucky and avoided finding spoilers by accident. I cant really understand why people want to know the game story before its released, i mean....its suposed to be a suprise when theres..... say...a shocking plot twist.
