wow, my understanding was that you could get fined big bucks for doing that, plus not sure if this is true; NTSC games that are played on 360's 3 days prior to a games release gets ur live account suspended for one week.

The benefits of selling early clearly outweigh the risks (and possible penalties) of being caught.

I'm not suprised this sort of thing happens. Logistically, to expect every store in a country to start selling a product on a certain day, when they have it in stock days prior is absurd. It'll never happen.

I think it's in the interests of consumers to support stores that do break street dates. Keeping street dates is mostly to capitalise on marketing efforts. Capcom still gets paid whether I buy it on release or 2 days before. By buying at a store that breaks street date, hopefully other stores will be encouraged to break the street date too.

Can anyone present a good arguement to me, as to why street dates are good for consumers ?

Which casino? Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun? I literally live almost less than a mile from Mohegan Sun, and Foxwoods is only a thirty minute drive for me.

$80 is ridiculous for the the regular edition, and I much prefer waiting until Thursday night to get my Collector's Edition, but I'm very curious which casino is selling the game.

                              well ass!

first of f i think selling it for 80 bucks american is a bit steep. 2 its not fair to other retailers in the area.

so yes i will report it. i will also report if a person falls down the stairs at my sisters school and not one teacher gave a damn!
