I think Una and Inezh are one in the same. Look at the teeth, the way that one front tooth sticks out more and is slanted. Obviously, being younger in the RE1 videos, they will not be identical. In the RE1 videos, It looks like her eyebrows were plucked and drawn with an eyebrow pencil. Just don't pay attention to the shape of the brows. And I did notice a cleft chin in the re1 videos. But the actress could have had make-up, lighting, plastic surgery to make this less noticeable.
