Krauser had a control Plaga, certainly.

I agree after RE 5. We now know about Wesker's virus, we know that one the virus was from Spencer so how could Wesker give it to Krauser and two the Wesker virus would probably have killed Krauser. Is it possible that Wesker could have other viruses but think that would be a stretch. Maybe Saddler at the time thought it would be ok to give Krauser a master Las Plagas and then realised that he was working for someone else.
