Resident Evil Outbreak File 1 and 2, Japanese server play. How?

I have been trying to figure this out for quite some time, It connects to the server and acts like it is working, But for some reason I cant make an account.

Can someone help out abit?...

Yup they are still up and running, though only file 2 has a decent amount of people.

Need a Japanese ps2 and pay a 15$? monthly fee.

Supposedly the fee is determined based on how much you play. My first charge for about 2 weeks of play was $0.68US, with a total of maybe 40 hours or so. Seems a little low though, so maybe more of the charge will show up next month, but apparently $10 is the max charge per month, but it should be less unless you play it everyday for several hours a day I'd guess.

Is it because my visa is american?

I don't know, I use a prepaid US credit card for online purchases.

just few quick questions:
1) I have a 60GB PAL, as far as i know the backward compatibility works only for PAL region PS1 and PS2 games, I'm right?

2) in case i was right and the backward compatibility doens't work for other regions, i have other questions.
I don't have a Jap PS2 (or a modded PS2) but I have Biohazard Oubreak file 2, can I use the Iso Loader to launch the BH Outbreak file 2 ISO? (I'm sure that isn't piracy since i have the original game too).

3) Does online for PS2 games works while the game is running on the PS3?

Correct. A PAL PS3 will only play PAL PS1~PS2 games, unless you make an external eject switch for it (Somewhat like the old slide card trick, but requires you to open the PS3 and solder in some wires + preferably attach a switch). Or use a backwards compatible development system, as then you'll be able to adjust the regional settings of your system in a way that will also affects the backwards compatibility.

You cannot use HDLoader or HDAdvance with this, as when you do... the network adapter will not work properly with the online features (DNAS failures being one major showstopper).
However, after you've patched image of your original disc; you can apply another patch to it that enables the game to utilize its official install feature with Non-FFXI/Official SONY HDDs (But this requires the HDD to be formated correctly according to the structure of the Official HDD)

Mhh, a big mess.... I don't have the skills for doing all those things by myself, it seems i won't play Biohazard Outbreak online on my PS3 and I have to buy a modded PS2, damn Sony...
