Hmmm, perhaps it means Capcom's planning a Resident Evil and Dead Rising cross over? It would definitely be awesome. Imagine being completely surrounded by zombies in an urban setting. Another Easter Egg if you will, i'm not sure if people have found this but in chapter 2.1 in the market area by the docks, you can knock down some umbrellas to reveal the umbrella logo itself.

Meh...that's been known for a while...since the demo. Public Assembly had the Umbrella umbrellas as well.
