How about Billy Coen from RE:0. He might be the next lead candidate with having military background and the tattooLast edited by Sevket; 03-31-2009, 08:16 AM.

I think in order for us to have a good idea on who might be in RE6, we need to wait for Darkside Chronicles. Maybe DC will give us hope to see Sherry in future games. The child was imprisoned for crying out loud, so there must be something going on we don't know about...Last edited by CODE_umb87; 03-31-2009, 02:39 PM.

Whats the fascination with Sherry? I find her slightly more interesting then say Rebecca Chambers but not enough to care if her story is ever resolved or not. When I hear Sherry Birkin I am reminded of the worst sub-segment in RE2...when you had to play as her briefly.
They should put a really lousy game together with this plot...Steve Burnside returns to teamup with his new partner, Angela Miller to fight down Sherry Birkin and the G-virus. Cameo appearances by Barry Burton, Rebecca Chambers and Tofu. They can call it Resident Evil: The Irrelevant Chronicles.

And yes, we might have to wait for Darkside Chronicles, but I bet all my money that the "new" scenario that they are gonna include on it its the Degeneration one... The definite afirmation of making it canon.
And I really don't get the hate towards Leon... Yes he was a douchebag in RE4, but he made me laugh, really, all of the Salazar stuff was hillarious (not as original RE1, the Jill Sandwich is priceless).

In my serious opinion, I think Sherry's story should involve Claire. It is still unknown if Sherry and Claire ever met up again after RE2, so I think it would be a good way to finish both their stories. Sherry would also be around 23-years-old, so I don't see any reason why they can't use her in future games.

If they're gonna bring anyone back is gotta be Krauser or/and Nicholai. They were just bad-ass.

'Main Characters' of Resident Evil:
Chris Redfield - Odds are, his storyline is wrapped up and he won't be in back-to-back games.
Jill Valentine - Read above.
Leon S. Kennedy - He's a government agent...meh. Where to go from here with him?
Claire Redfield - She's babysitting an orphan somewhere
Albert Wesker - Melted.
Ada Wong - Ahhh...what do we have here?
That's my logic when thinking about RE6. Am I forgetting anyone? I don't think so.
*ducks*
I have the feeling that Wesker children will start popping out of the woodwork with RE6. Capcom gets its cake and eats it too, kill off a series villain, but have replacement versions on standby.
Nikolai always struck me as a wannabe-wesker. His modus operandi was pretty much the same as Alberts from RE1 - steal Umbrella's secrets, sell them to the highest bidder.
With Wesker coming back from the dead, i can see why Nikolai wouldnt have been used again. But now that Alberts gone, maybe its time for him to return.
Heck he even has a private army ready for him, we dont know what happened to all the Umbrella Special forces and UBCS troops.
