I'm curious as to why so many people aren't even going to try the game. It sounds interesting, doesn't it?
I don't understand it either. Personally, I can't wait for this game. I actually enjoyed Umbrella Chronicles and with this having remade RE2 scenarios? Instant buy for me!

It's hardly rocket science. A lot of people feel let down that Capcom refuses to give Wii owners a "real" Resident Evil game like RE4/5 or even the old games. Darkside Chronicles feels to many like the runners up prize and they expected better, especially considering the sales and ratings for RE4 Wii Edition.

I feel the same way. Can't wait for the CV one
Me too. I don't have any high expectations for it. I hope it's fun, follows plot as close to the originals as possible and that Wesker is on it. When it comes out I'll buy it and enjoy it. Then I'll do the drama if I don't like it

They'd better have Wesker kicking Chris's ass in that one, too.
Not long after pseudo-spy Ada gunned down the poor sod, a certain young lad from England turned up called Johnny Grayson, stumbled upon the fallen ganado, rather liked the jacket he was wearing and decided to pinch it. This jacket then went on to serve an illustrious career on the back of young Johnny who decorated it with a number of badges and personalised it to his own tastes, until he was captured by the Chimera and partially transformed into a hybrid.
Along comes his elder brother, James, who upon finding and euthanising his mutated brother, picks up the jacket once more and thus a new adventure begins.
At least it'll still be fun. ...Well, at least I hope. I did enjoy UC (not for its story), so this looks to improve on those mechanics. And it looks pretty.
Did you expect the game to stay true to the RE2? RE1 scenario from UC had Jill and Chris walking together through the whole game with no mention of Barry and Rebecca; and don't me even start with what they did with RE3 scenario
But hey, at least there are Ada and Sherry in this scenario; they could have omitted them just like they did with Beccy, Barry, Mikhail, Nikholai or any other character that didn't fit into "co-op partner" or "boss fight" category.
