I've been thinking about this topic for awhile now, and Mr. Spencer made a pretty good example of this so I've decided to go with it. What if, Umbrella was never founded? Explain what you think would have happened to all the famous (and not so famous) characters that died and fought throught all these disasters. EXAMPLE: Alexia and Alfred would have never existed. Feel free to elaborate on these character's future.

Leon would more than likely be a regular cop working at the R.P.D.

Jill would either be a normal cop, or still a small-time crook.

I can't say what the other S.T.A.R.S. would be up to as S.T.A.R.S. itself wouldn't exist.

Here's an interesting point. If Umbrella would have never been founded, The Raccoon city disaster would have never occured, so obviously Leon would still be a regular cop at the RPD. So, Leon would have never became a U.S. special agent and someone else would have been sent to rescue the president's daughter from Saddler, which would have most definitely been killed lol. So I think we can come to the conclusion that if Umbrella was never founded, Saddler and the los illuminados would take over the world, infecting everyone with the plagas. Interesting....

Why wouldn't have Alexia and Alfred existed? The CODE: Veronica project was designed to revive their ancestor, Veronica Ashford. Umbrella was only part of the motivation behind the project, well not Umbrella but rather the decline of the Ashford family. CODE: Veronica was separate from the Umbrella Corporation, it was a private project.
