Anyway, the mental scar left behind by the mere presence of Señor Pantalones is unrivaled...
Giant Salvador still wins supreme....but Red Executioner is a close second. That white, pastey ass in leather...and the bondage mask...ugh.

The RE5 chainsaw majini would have been a bit more frightening had we not seem them before, or if all their attacks were instant kills.

Yes but their spanish was ver shitty. However is part of the charm.

Could that also be translated into 'Behind you, asshole!'?
I think it fits better your way.

It's a tough choice. I absolutely love the Chainsaw ganados. As someone already said, Dr. Salvador in Waterworld is a sadistic bitch.

But I definetly like the native majinis. Those fuckers really took a chunk of me (specially when the half-body plaga appeared... DAMN!).

I think what wins here is the plaga. It doesn't matter your origins; if you get infected by las plagas - in Irving's voice - YOU'RE SCREWED!

I think the tweeks made to the Majini AI made all the difference. They were a lot less likely to simply let you shoot them in the face with a shotgun and tended to dodge a little more. Or just run like hell at you. And the native ones were especially awkward. We never just assumed they were walking ammo chests.

I actually think the ' older ' types in RE 4 offered more of a challenge than in 5, though I too admit that the marsh land enemies and their village counterparts offered a much better challenge later on in the game.

I would say that the Ganados were more scary than the majinis but the majinis were more better in combat and AI-wise. But i think the crimson heads beats these two out of the ring. I know thats not the topic but if you really think about it, the only difference between the crimson heads and the Ganados is that, the crimson has the virus and the Ganados had las plagas. Thats pretty much it , I mean the crimson heads scared the crap out of me when i seen them and the ganados almost made me laugh. Come on, a farmer with a pitchfork trying to kill you! HAHA Thats funny to me!

It's the Duvalias that edge this out for me. After they get you, you're done for, whilst the face huggers in RE4 were easy to evade and took frigging ages to attach themselves onto you. Plus the Majini have the Red Executioner and a far superior version of J.J (gatling gun wielding enemy). Majini tend to come in bigger swarms as well, and I've been in a few tight spots in Mercenaries (far more than the Ganado ever did). Added to the fact that the Majini grab you for ages, leaving an opportunity for the bigger enemies to attack.

I say Ganados are much better than the Majini they are stupied half the time they run right pastyou and spin in cycles whil the Ganados just run up to you and walk after getting colse unlike the Majini.

stick a plagas in a Spaniard, you get a ganado, stick one in an African, you get a majini :p

                      Different plagas ;]
In a Majini its put in a body during the parasites adult life, in a Ganado its injected while its an egg.

The Majini are far better than the Ganado. The Ganado were slightly creepy at first, but I think the Majini are better overall.

Oh, and to add to the whole Salvador/Chainsaw Maj. argument, Salvador could be downed instantly with a Shotgun (at least he always seemed to with me).

I haven't even played RE5 yet, but I've watched all the cut scenes from it, and some of the game play.

i say ganado on this one when i first encountered the mob in the village i was scared shitless because of how intelligent they were but then progressed thru the game and well i was proven wrong lol majini are just a pain in the ass because no matter how many u kill there always one that just magically manages to hit u mostly from behind

The double-bladed chainsaw Dr. Salvador in Mercenaries could NOT be downed instantly with a shotgun. Just saying.
