I've always heard/seen info and screens about RE Gun Survivor 2: Code Veronica but up until recently I was never aware that Nemesis made a cameo in the arcade version. Apparently capcom came up with a "nemesis timer" for the arcade version so if you stay in the same area for too long, nemesis from RE3 begins to chase you and has an instant kill effect (made to make sure the arcades weren't hogged by players). I found this very interesting and would love it if someone could post a link to some pics, I've looked everywhere with no luck. Perhaps Dot may have some answers because I think he has the actual arcade lol, but I thought I'd post it up anyways for those of you who were in the dark like me

1. Wow, the movement in the game looks very uncomfortable lol
2. The tyrant battle reminds me a lot of the final tyrant battle in survivor, go figure
3. I like how when Nemesis dies, he explodes
4. Is it just me, or did they make a typo on Shinji Mikami's name on the credits? It says "Super Visor -Sinji Mikami"...not a good sign lol.
Does seem pretty bad, but I'd still like to add it to my collection(and fight nemmy )Last edited by REmaster; 04-15-2009, 04:04 PM."One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars."

It is rather fun with the G-Con, Nemesis' render does have slightly higher poly.
It's not so great with only a controller, but it's still a fun game to kill some time if you don't feel like playing a proper Resident Evil... or you want to show someone what it's like to fight some of the original B.O.W.s' and Nemmy.
REmaster: The movement is somewhat awkward, but it's easy enough to get used to once you remember the controls properly. The partner mode can be switched on or off and the PS2 version includes the Arcade and Dungeon mode so you can play through and unlock a couple of other characters to play the game through as, unlock a few hidden boss fights - such as the Nemmy one. ((I can get up some photos or videos of this one if you want)).
Overall, it's fun... may not exactly last you very long but it kills time and it gives a slightly different POV on Code Veronica... and... the part that most people like the most of all, you don't have to listen to Steve's voice.Last edited by Enetirnel; 04-15-2009, 07:26 PM.
