Dude seriously like 50 people told you.
Its a mod for the game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Using zombie models for the civilians and RE character models for the SA character. I honestly dont see whats so hard to understand.

Yeah But I didn't know what "sa' was till someone point it out for me. I'm not stupid it just that I did not know what it means. How was I suppose to know that "sa" means San Andreas? Especially when I haven't even played the game. Anyone would have been just as fooled as I was If they haven't played the game. Maybe thats why I asked what it was. Again, I am not stupid (which I know thats not what you meant but its for future reference). Everyone makes mistakes, its normal. And I apologize to everyone if I was out of hand.
