Wouldn't it be cool if they mixed the T-virus, G-virus, T-veronica virus and the Progenitor virus to make some kind of super virus? Oh wait...

Wouldn't it be cool if we saw actually what the hell the Progenitor Virus does in the first place? (Visually, of course, I read the files from RE5). Zombies? Hentai-tentacle monsters? Teletubbies?

We saw what it did to Leon in that beta screen that Dot dug up from the RE4 GC trial disc.

I can't find it. Does anyone know exactly where it was posted?

It'll probably just do exactly what the Sonnentreppe flower does. Kills you without any deformations, unless of course you happen to survive it. Actually, wouldn't that be a nice plot twist? If Edward Ashford, initially believed to have died from exposure to Progenitor, actually made a secret recovery and gained godlike powers as a result? That would be amusing actually.
          See you in hell.

I wouldn't put it past Capcom to do something like that.

Do you get all of your ideas from comic book villians??

I actually thought of the same thing when I read that he died researching on
                  the Progenitor virus.

So one thing I'm not too clear about, was Wesker's injection a pure sample of
the Progenitor virus (Flower) given by Birkin?

It takes me back to the Second Uroboros boss fight where the host seems to
be compatible for like the first 30 seconds and his eyes turn yellow sorta like
Wesker. If I remember right Uroboros is a mix of Las Plagas and the Progenitor
                  Virus or something like that...

I don't think Las plagas had anything to do with Uroborous. Wesker/Excella just used Las plagas to build their personal army. Uroborous is a mix of all the other viruses I mentioned above.

I thought Uruburos was derived from Progenitor + testing with Jill's DNA?

I may be way off, but I got the impression Capcom justified the reason Wesker was gathering viruses all these years was to use the research or samples from all of them to create Uroborous. I think they mention that Progenitor was the missing link to make it work, which is why it's the last thing they get. And Jill having remnants of the T-virus in her body for 10 years meant her body was producing antibodies, and since Wesker's super virus was too hazardous in its early stages, combining it with the antibodies allowed it to coexist with humans and work properly. That's the impression I got anyway.

Who would have ever thought Nemesis would have technically been part of the reason for Wesker's plans to rule the world lol. Oh, those crazy writers
