I liked Nemesis all right, but the Tyrant in RE2 will always be my fave. Specifically the scene where you turn on the monitor and see him walking down the corridor that leads to where you are, and all I could think was "fuuuuuuuck."

ehh i dont really care for Mr.X he wasnt as scary. yha he stalked you around but he doesnt look scary he just
looks lke a paleish gray guy in a giant coat stalking you. hell i can find one of those guys in a alley at 3 o' clock in the morning.

but nemesis he looked scary and had a scary voice (which they ruined in UC making him sound like a damn robot)
but over all Nemesis is more scary he just has that effect of showing up at the worst of moments as i said before hes the
Jason Vorheess of RE.

The worst appearance of Nemesis is when you are going back to the Cable Car with all four components and he appear in the middle of the way, in that narrow corridor...

I think Mr X was scarier, purely for the fact that you always knew when Nemesis would burst out because of the music. Mr X just appeared at random as hell times, and you never knew where he'd be. I'm still not 100% sure now. The bit where he bursts through the wall where you light the torches is brilliant. I certainly wasn't expecting him to burst out in the corridor as well.

Yup, they ruined the biggest enemy in the whole series. Glad we can still enjoy RE3 in the Gamecube system.

i would be kind of pissed and hell i probably wouldnt like him as much as i do. though what i find weird about me is that i love Nemesis, hes my favorite
tyrant but when i try and fight him i end up calling him a douche-fag or something along the lines me getting pissed off and me wanting to kick his ass lol.

On the contrary, my response was rational and it stated a truth. Permit me if you will, to elaborate - the benchmark for these topics began when too many Jill fanatics, yourself included, got together and decided to post the hell out of the forums with countless topics about Jill. As a result, Dot50Cal creates the "Central Jill Valentine Discussion Topic" and dumps all the rubbish in there. You're not the only genesis of where we are now, but you were certainly a contributor.

If the truth hurts then there's nothing else I can say except not to let it get to you too much. If more people had the decency to be men and not get wound up by the most trivial of things, then maybe we might have less unnecessary fuss. What I stated about you was truth, what you responded with was a dig at my personal character. I'm not bothered by it, but I felt like pointing it out for the rest of our upstanding members.

In my ideal world, the words "I'm sorry" would be obsolete.

Back on topic, Nemesis in my opinion is one of the most overrated enemy monsters in the history of the series. Capcom's attempt at making their own "Pyramid Head".

well yes he is overrated but he isnt pyramid head, he's not in every RE games but yes he is overrated ill say that but still what RE character isnt overrated. Chris, Jill, Leon, Ada

the only ones i can think of is Claire actually.

Alas, poor Claire. Mind you, she's had rather a fine showing in recent years. Let's take a somewhat irrelevant trip down memory lane. She's introduced in RE2, has half of her own game in CVX, she turns up again in Degeneration and we'll be seeing her in Dark Side Chronicles.

Well, Pyramid Head wasn't in all of the SH games either...He only appeared in 2, Homecoming, and the movie. He's just the most recognizable character in the series.
