Which character would you like to lead RE6?

Leon was a government agent in both RE4 and Degeneration, so I don't think thats gonna necessarily stop Capcom from using him again. They will always find a way to fit him in.

As much as I'd like to see Ada have her own game, does anyone seriously think Capcom will let her be the main character in RE6? With the direction the series is going in, I wouldn't be surprised at all if RE6 had another male lead.

If not Ada I think Sherry would be a great character for the next game. Her character is just as mysterious as Ada's is, since we really don't know what happened to her after RE2. There's a number of possibilities for Sherry, hopefully DSC will take advantage of that.

Ada's a slut, and yet your precious Jill shows off her vagina, tits, and more skin than Ada ever did? Please. Jill was a cop wanting to do some good. Wow. What a unique heroine. I've never seen that before in my life. And how is Ada Leon and Wesker's slut...considering we never see her physically interact with Wesker, and for the better part of the two games they are in she brushes Leon off or helps him because it benefits her?

Ada is a mystery because we never find out who's side she's on, nor do we know her real goals. She had ties to a group outside Umbrella, one that could possibly continue the RE games. Her Organization could possibly be the new antagonists for the new, rebooted story. We know Ada doesn't hold ties of loyalty for too long, so it would be interesting to see if she turns out to be a good guy or an enemy in the end.

I feel like Sherry would be incredibly wasted as a heroine, though. None of the protagonists of Resident Evil have ever had much depth—NONE of them—and I think Sherry has more potential than being stuck in the heroine category. She’s the daughter of William and Annette, and she’s undoubtedly intelligent, not only because of her genes, but because of going through such a horrific event as a child. I also think just the idea of Sherry being a villain has more impact, especially since we know her backstory and saw her as a helpless, innocent child. Suddenly seeing her as an adult, who may have turned “evil” and mirrors nothing of her former self, would have a lot of impact.

Obviously, regardless, I wouldn’t mind in the end if Sherry became a protagonist. I would do cartwheels and flips and jumps and I would die from happiness—because I REALLY want to see Sherry again—but I think there’s a lot to invest in for her being the villain, and even though the chances are looking slim considering Capcom may have retconned Wesker taking her in his custody, I think there’s still opportunity.
