I also found this image when trying to load the game in Japanese
using a language modifier

but game crashed shortly after, I guess there was supposed to be a Biohazard 4 ps2 trial version also.

You can unlocked the extras menu too but only the, The Mercenaries and
Assignment Ada screens are accessible, trying to play them causes the game to crash
since only rooms 120 - opening, 100 - forest and - 101 village are on the disc.

Browsed one of BIO4MOVx.AFS files with AFSExplorer v3.7.1
extracted demo0.sfd and demo1.sfd and converted them with SFD2MPG

No more trailers but there are videos from the final game all the way up the lake area where Leon passes out there's also communication audio from Saddler and Salazar.
I guess they either forgot to take it off or left it on as a quick way to pad the dvd with dummy data.
