    Exactly. But in this case, "Verdugo" fits as in executioner, following the trend of "Del Lago" (from the lake) which points characteristics of the monster.

    But what the hell was before becoming Salazar's right hand? We'll never know... unless it's explained on DSC (if it features something of RE4...)

      I think the "Clever one" would fit in as well, since it seemed calm and smart
      enough to receive Salazar's order to kill Leon. Also he was holding a Spear onto
      Ashley's neck just like a normal human being would with any sense of rationality.
