i think that capcom has exchanged the BG from the trailer version.

this trailer is from 2001 befor bio 0 released

The DVD this trailer is on (Famitsu Capcom black DVD 1) was published in November 2002, which is the same month as Bio 0 was released in Japan. The trailer may of course be older than that, but it does say (C) 2002 at the end.
