^ Yeah, the canon ending is him escaping in the helicopter when Jill tries to reason with him, shown in RE: Survivor with a document from him dated after the Raccoon City incident. And yes, Survivor is canon.

Well, the survivor document is apparently a mistranslation...only then first part, dated before his possible death, is attributed to Nicholai in the Japanese version. But the chances are that he did make it out of Raccoon City. Doesn't UC mention that?

i just want them to bring the zombies back i mean they brought the lickers back and lickers are in fact zombies that has evolved from the t virus also does anyone else think that the half dead bodies on the conveyor belts were in fact zombies they sure looked and acted like it and they would need zombies in order to make the lickers.

We will be getting zombies back again. I'm not sure if we will be getting them in RE6, but not only are they in The Darkside Chronicles, but judging from that picture of Resident Evil Portable, they will be in that game too. And since it may be at the very least 4 years until we get Resident Evil 6, I'm expecting a lot of new RE side games in that 4-year gap, with these two games being the first:

- The Darkside Chronicles (Worth getting, RE2 and CV with great graphics and updated on-rails gameplay)
- Resident Evil Portable (might be the new Outbreak)

Now that RE5 is done with, I am hopeful that us old-school RE fans will start getting games that are more true to the Resident Evil formula.
