If i remember right....as long as its for personal use only and you dont make a profit on it it's not illegal.
Like distributing codeing over the internet for a price would be illegal.

don't think ya gonna be able too get a hold of them unless ya know assembly language otherwise ya gonna have too wait till the pc version comes out.
