"One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars." Resident Evil/Castlevania/Silent Hill/Onimusha/Tekken/Dark Souls
Not sure how common this one is but it only happened to me once on one of my 1st plays.
During the fight with the Popokarimu on the cliff top, I got knocked off the edge. I was hanging by my fingertips and called out for help. Sheva came running over and said something like "give me your hand!". Then I had to hammer a button to pull myself back up. But during this sequence, Sheva got knocked over the edge too. So then we were both just hanging there, side by side, gripping the cliff top!
... then I fell and died.
Well this isn't anything too big, but I'll just throw it out there in case anyone wants to check it out. It's called the "Disappearing Door". Right after you're first encounter with a reaper, countinue on a few steps until you reach some stairs going down. If you look straight ahead and up, you can see on the second floor that there is a big yellow door. However, as you go down the staircase, the door vanishes lol.

There's a hidden ledge on the far right side, and the other guy can be seen over where u have to use Sheva to get the piece.

Has anyone gotten this dialogue from Wesker during the 2-on-2 battle? It starts something like "Here I am trying..." but I didn't hear the rest of it, because I killed him before he could finish. It was the first and only time I've ever heard him say it.
I know there's more to it, because I had subtitles on, and it was about three lines long. I wasn't able to read what it said in time, though.
Nothing really special, but if you go to the Memory section of your 360, and go to Games, like you're trying to get to your save data, all your RE5 files, NTSC or not, are still under the title BIOHAZARD 5. Thought that was kinda cool.
So I ran into a funny glitch today while struggling through the Jill fight on Pro. I threw Jill on the ground, than noticed that Sheva was badly injured so I pulled out some aid spray and healed her, than quickly ran back over to Jill. As I get over to jill and hit the "Tear off" button, Jill gets up off the floor at the same time...so Chris is sitting there pulling on nothing, while Jill kicks Sheva to death. When Sheva was lying there dead on the floor, you could still see Chris in the background kneeled down pulling on thin air Damn I need a capture card. Also, I've been experimenting and the first licker you encounter during the short cut scene cannot be killed, in fact, if you shoot a rocket at it as soon as entering the hallway, it automatically cuts to the scene early. However, you can kill the first dog you encounter before the cutscene and the cutscene will show regardless(with the other dogs running towards you instead of the dog mutating).

Dot. Dude. I don't know if you've seen this before or not, or if it was posted, but something amazing happens in Chapter 3-3. After you open the second gate and you need to return to the boat where Josh is waiting, don't just jump right into the boat yet.
Take a look at what Josh is doing. For Rosetta and I today, he was not just cowering in fear or holding the steering wheel. This time, he was slowly, tenderly, girating and humping the shit out of the steering console. I kid you not. Take a look for yourself.

I think that's his way of letting Sheva know that he wants her back at the boat NOW.
Well, this is nothing super-special, but if you look in Mercenaries mode, selecting your character, if you look at the up-close pictures of Midnight and S.T.A.R.S. Wesker, they have different glasses, but when you actually select them and you see their glasses on the "Ready" screen, they have the same glasses. Not sure if they do in the in-game models too or not.
