Where'd exactly these "Beta 3" and "Beta 4" terms come from?
(And what is the identifiers for 1 and 2?)
As for the TGS demo of Biohazard/Resident Evil 3, we've yet to see a copy of that thing floating around. You can find the title screen pictures + menu selection graphics for it on some discs if you dig through all TIM formated image data on the disc.

I was thinking the same thing. I remember there being a few items from the game that were removing but thought that most of the game was unchanged. Even thought I was active in the community at the time, I don't remember any beta footage of 3 so unless there were minor changes to game can some tell me the differences?

I think they're asking why are they even labeled beta 1-4, when 1-2 has 0 information or (known) reason of designation. I would guess this came from someone probably saying they have or know of 2 earlier versions of this "beta 3"? That's really the only logical explanation with current information, but without some kind of proof or reliable explanation I think it seems kinda silly to designate these builds as 1-4. There are undoubtedly earlier versions of RE3, but I don't think we've seen anything of them. Most media from magazines and such I remember seemed to be from the beta footage linked to the 2 versions we do know of.sigpic
