^ I'm afraid not. That map is pretty much fake, someone took the official map and draw some other streets to make it look like if that was the complete city.

The map on the Biohazard 3: Survivor Files guide is essentially the same we all know. The only difference is that it's printed much more bigger in a collapsible double page -so when you open it you can see the maps of the game on 4 pages- and is blended in an old western style mock up, somewhat like if the city were placed in a desert.
