I want to quote this a million times to get the point across, but it probably wouldn't help.

O shit I guess it's official. I guess his part of the game is set before RE 4?

"I stand by my opinion that every resident evil character needs to die"

That might be a good idea this way with everyone one being dead there is no mystery as to what happened to each character.

I just had a thought...Resurrected Steve the mastermind behind South America? The plot thickens and we all suffocate

Damn, I forgot about those. :/

And about Steve - him being resurrected would make no sense now.
Back in the days of CVX we didn't know anything about Wesker's virus. In that cut-scenes Wesker said "Maybe he'll come back alive, just as I did." (supposed implication: using the same method). But right now we know that it wasn't just simple virus that made Wesker into what he became - it was an entire process executed on specific children.

I'm wondering how big a role Ada is acutally going to play in DSC. I hope they don't throw her randomly into the South American chapter. I think some of her "mystery" comes from Capcom's lack of development on the whole other organization(s). It'll also be interesting to see how (if) they changed her in the RE2 scenario.

I would actually imagine that, aside from getting a sample of the T-Veronica, virus that Wesker would have seen if there were any signs of use from Steve other than that. Though I'd also assume that since obviously nothing came of it that he didn't, so Wesker was like "lol whatevs then."

I never noticed this. For once, Ada has actually interested me. XD

Maybe something fleshing her out ever so slightly might be good. Or maybe another appearance adding more the the mystery. If Ada isn't her real name that would be such a shocking plot twist to many.

I agree with Guard house here.

Ada should stay a mystery, it's part of her character. Like HUNK, I want to know but also don't want to know about her. I fear that capcom will stuff it up and completely demystify the character.

I'm happier not knowing everything about her. Ada is meant to be a mystery. Id rather her stay one too. She can have more appearances, but I hope they don't uncover to much.

Ada's ties are insignificant. Her organization may have had "the" or a control plaga, but by RE5 Wesker has it, enhances it, and duplicates it. How great is this elusive organization's sphere of influence now? What are they going to do, start another outbreak?

Plus, I don't know the RE3 epilogues' canonicity (especially not in relation to RE4/SW), but funnily enough Ada's implies that her name and identity are distinct from her work. Like HUNK, she may well be a mercenary.

From a character point of view, I don't think this makes sense. Ada is defined by her air of mystery. I don't know where the line between "character development" and "inconsistency" is drawn, but I prefer Ada to be enigmatic.

I'm never sure what to make of that line. I always thought Wesker had said it to taunt Chris or Claire somehow since I doubt Wesker would bring him back unless he became the Tyrant....thing he turned into again. The only person we've known to come back from the dead is Wesker and I doubt he'd share the Virus with anyone, let alone Steve.

I'm pretty sure I didn't make sense there.
