Ugh, I fucking hate Hunters. The good news is I confirmed getting Barry at Forest means you go down the scene path which makes you distrust Barry. You see him in Crackhorns room, talking to Wesker in 002. He also doesn't come to save you from Yawn poisoning, and doesn't aid you when Plant 42 respawns (if you don't use V-JOLT). I was well on my way to beating it when a Hunter decided to be an ass and jump around a lot . Oh well, I'll pick it up tomorrow and start streaming. I'm off work for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So I'll probably be streaming all those days.

I think that if you click "Yes" the first time you meet Rebecca in the save room then she doesn't get attacked by the hunter at all.

Visiting Rebecca while in the Guardhouse will reveal
some more of her character as well as some information
on the maker of the products in the storeroom.

You can get the same scene in the save room when you meet Rebecca as well. Just say "No'' when she asks you to come with you, exit the room and enter again.

I undust my copy of Bio Hazard today at play it for a while. It surprises me how easy is to kill some zombies with the knife, even when playing as Chris. Dot, after recording and dissecting the US ver of the game, which one is next? The different PAL versions of the BH one?

I'll be moving onto the Biohazard version. I keep hearing how its easier, so it should be noticeable if thats the case. Then its the UK copy, and the German version last, before moving onto another platform.

Well other than zombie wesker/golden tyrant, I know the saturn had difficulty with graphics, such as lighting and water effects. Google RE1 Saturn and click on stevemv.com, he did a whole comparison section awhile back, lots of interesting pics for those who haven't played it.

I remember hearing something a while back ago about the Saturn being unable to do transparent graphics. Cheers for the tip, will check it out.

Just confirmed some stuff that I suspected.

If you don't wait for Barry at the rope, he won't be in the catacombs and he'll leave you with Wesker in the labs. He'll be dead at the ladder to the B1 emergency exit. This scene has an alternate clip in which Chris is with you. He'll be tending to Barry when you come in, and also say "My god!" when Barry dies (its so horrible).

I'll probably start streaming the last bits of Jill's play right now. I just need to do NO, YES and NO, NO to Barry in the catacombs and I'm done with Jill I have a save right there, so the longest it should take is 1 hour til we move on to Chris. Also gotta nab a scene with Barry dying in the labs without Chris

I totally forgot about the MASTER KEY that Wesker drops. For all these years I was thinking it was just part of the Tyrants claw, lol.
